1.2. These terms apply to the User every time the User wants to access the Website and/or buy goods or services from the Data Controller.
1.5. The Data Controller ensures the confidentiality of Personal Data and takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the User Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, modification or destruction, or other unlawful processing of the Data.
2. DEFINITIONS USED

2.6. "Website or Website" means a website operated by a Data Controller at www.sportrack.lt.

3. COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Data Controller collects and further processes the following personal data of the User, which the User provides when registering and/or ordering goods on the Website: first name, last name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, financial information (such as payment method, credit card number, billing address).

4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The Data Controller processes the above-mentioned personal data of the User for the following data processing purposes: processing and administration of service purchase (ordering), identification of the Data Controller's customers in the Data Controller's information systems, registering on the Website and logging in to his account, managing accounting documents related to the service order, contacting you for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, for direct marketing purposes (only with the prior consent of the data subjects).

5.6. The Data is processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of the User's data, including protection against unauthorized or unauthorized processing of the Data and against unintentional loss, destruction or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).

6.3. We use only those data controllers who ensure that the appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented in such a way that the data processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation. The protection of the rights of the User as data subjects is ensured.
6.4. The user's personal data may also be provided in response to official requests from state authorities and the court, but only after verifying the legality of these requests.
